Cypress Signal LLC provides missed-call recovery and lead generation services for local home service businesses in Louisiana. Our services include:

• Automated SMS text-back responses to missed calls
• Lead capture and qualification through text messaging
• Customer relationship management tools
• Appointment scheduling integration
• Business analytics and reporting

4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By using our SMS services, you agree to the following:

• Opt-in is required before any marketing messages are sent
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• For help, reply HELP to any message
• Message frequency varies based on your service usage
• Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier
• We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use our platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Obtain proper consent from contacts before sending SMS messages

6. Payment Terms

Pricing is as follows:

• Starter Plan: $149/month - Missed-call automation and basic lead capture
• Growth Plan: $199/month - All Starter features plus Google Business Profile sync and automated reviews
• Premium Plan: $299/month - All Growth features plus call recording, estimates via text, and referral tracking

One-time setup fee: $300 (waived for first 5 local businesses). All fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cypress Signal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Cypress Signal LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
